Each row on the left is one decision receipt: what the council decided about a token,
which RYO evidence it read, and what changed since the previous receipt for that symbol.
Open one with Enter. The receipt starts with a thirty-second summary, then
what changed ranked by impact, then Verify replay - press it and the decision is re-run from the stored
evidence and cached model output; identical: true means nothing was rewritten afterwards.
Each cited number shows its dotted RYO path, and the value is read back out of the evidence
rather than retyped by the model. Missing evidence stays null and is listed under provenance.
